# Digital Vehicle Entitlement and Installment Purchase Agreement — General Terms

This page presents the current general agreement terms. It is not a completed or executed agreement. Your transaction-specific cover sheet, vehicle specification, exact payment schedule, applicable local disclosures, consent records, and signature record are supplied during checkout and in your agreement documents.

## Important terms at a glance

You are purchasing a server-specific digital vehicle entitlement, not a physical motor vehicle, investment, cryptocurrency, game account, or ownership of underlying intellectual property. You choose the receiving character. The vehicle cannot be transferred while finance restrictions remain.

The installment term is 8 or 12 weeks with a selected down payment of 25–50%. There is no separately stated interest or origination fee. This statement is not an APR disclosure or a representation that credit laws do not apply.

A missed scheduled payment normally causes immediate vehicle suspension, fixed retries, and potentially a one-time late fee and termination, subject to applicable law. A payment dispute pauses automatic installments and normally suspends the vehicle while the dispute is investigated. No clause prohibits a lawful payment dispute.

If we permanently close the relevant server or permanently discontinue this entitlement, we cancel the unpaid balance and stop collection. We do not voluntarily refund amounts already paid, but mandatory refund and other legal remedies remain available.

**Nothing in this agreement excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit you to waive.** In particular, the immediate-supply election concerns only a qualifying change-of-mind withdrawal right, not defective content, non-delivery, fraud, unauthorized payments, or future failure to perform.

## 1. Parties, scope, and order of precedence

1.1 This agreement is between StreamClash (we, us, or Seller) and the identified customer (you). StreamClash Finance is our payment-plan product. Your agreement is not with Discord, Stripe, Rockstar Games, Take-Two, Cfx.re, or a payment-card issuer. No affiliation, approval, or guarantee by those parties is represented.

1.2 The contract consists of this document, its completed cover sheet, Schedule A, Schedule B, the agreed vehicle specification, and the exact versions of incorporated policies supplied with it. A signed amendment may subsequently modify expressly identified terms. Marketing statements and statutory pre-contract information retain any effect required by law.

1.3 Mandatory law and mandatory local disclosures prevail, followed by Schedule B, a valid signed amendment, the transaction-specific cover sheet and specification, this agreement, and incorporated general policies. An amendment cannot remove mandatory rights. An apparent conflict must be clarified rather than used to invent additional charges.

1.4 Portal notices cannot silently change the price, selected character, purchased vehicle, payment dates, or remedies. Website policy updates apply prospectively as explained in section 20, not retroactively to increase an existing obligation.

## 2. Eligibility and account attribution

2.1 You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter this transaction in your location. Where the required age is higher, that higher requirement applies. We do not accept a minor's signature merely because a parent owns the payment card.

2.2 You must control the Discord account used for checkout and belong to the Discord guild corresponding to the selected server when entering the financing flow. You must provide an email address you can access and keep it current. Neither a Discord username nor an IP address alone conclusively establishes your identity.

2.3 You may have only one uncleared financed agreement at a time. Active, past-due, suspended, disputed, and occupied checkout states can block a new purchase. There are no repayment-history tiers, customer credit scores, or automatic entitlement to future offers. Restrictions must be applied consistently with applicable law.

2.4 You represent that information supplied is accurate and the payment method is yours or lawfully authorized for this purchase. Notify us promptly of account compromise or incorrect attribution. You are not made liable for another person's unauthorized transaction solely because an account was used.

2.5 We may need sufficient residence and billing information to determine whether and on what terms an offer may lawfully proceed. Worldwide availability is subject to local requirements, sanctions, processor availability, and technical support.

## 3. What you purchase

3.1 You receive the specified right to access and use the identified digital vehicle on the selected server under this agreement. After payoff, that entitlement continues for as long as the selected server operates, subject to the disclosed misconduct rules and mandatory legal rights. Completing the 8- or 12-week payment term does not cause the entitlement to expire or create a renewal payment. This is not a promise that the server will operate forever. Maintenance and material changes remain subject to section 3.4; permanent closure or discontinuation is governed by section 15.

3.2 The entitlement is server-specific. It is not usable on the other StreamClash server, another operator's server, GTA Online, or an unrelated game unless a written amendment expressly provides otherwise. You need the applicable game, a compatible device, internet access, and lawful access to the relevant platform.

3.3 You do not acquire title to a physical vehicle, source code, trademarks, or copyright. You do not acquire a right to resell the entitlement for real-world money. After finance restrictions are released, ordinary permitted in-game transfers may resume.

3.4 We may perform reasonable maintenance and security changes. This does not authorize us to remove material paid features, materially reduce the promised entitlement, or evade required remedies by labeling a change maintenance. Material changes are subject to applicable notice, consent, termination, and refund rights.

3.5 Normal game events, lawful rule enforcement, and reasonable temporary maintenance can affect use. They do not excuse our failure to supply the promised entitlement or permit us to collect for a service permanently discontinued by us.

## 4. Customer character selection and permanent vehicle identity

4.1 We designate the customer and target server in an offer. You choose the receiving character from those resolved for your authenticated identity on that server. We revalidate ownership before the character selection is frozen at signing. Review the cover sheet carefully.

4.2 The selected character is fixed under ordinary operation. Staff do not ordinarily choose it for you. Exceptional recovery or reassignment requires an authorized senior administrator, a recorded reason, identity and ownership checks, and an explicit amendment where contractual information changes.

4.3 The permanent vehicle UUID identifies the logical vehicle. A plate change, fake plate, impound, repair, customization, garage move, or restoration does not replace that identity. The grant is also linked to this agreement's internal UUID so a retry is not another purchase or vehicle grant.

4.4 We do not treat an administrative character deletion or database error as your cancellation of this agreement or proof of default. Contact support for correction and recovery. Statutory non-supply remedies remain available.

## 5. Price, installments, and taxes

5.1 The total, down payment, and remaining installment balance appear on the cover sheet and Schedule A. All scheduled amounts are in USD. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or foreign-transaction charges; those are not additional StreamClash Finance financing fees.

5.2 You independently choose an allowed 25–50% down payment and an allowed 8- or 12-week term. The remaining balance is divided into four or six biweekly installments. The final installment absorbs any cent-rounding remainder. We do not automatically couple a down-payment percentage to a particular term.

5.3 The standard price is the same for installments and payment in full by card. A 15% discount is offered for payment in full by direct bank transfer/wire where available and lawful, on the basis disclosed in the offer. It does not apply to individual installments or early payoff under this agreement. Any required price-differential or credit disclosures appear in Schedule B.

5.4 No separately stated interest, origination fee, daily financing fee, or prepayment penalty is imposed. The described contingent late fee is subject to local limits. We do not call this agreement 0% APR unless an applicable, properly completed disclosure supports that description.

5.5 Taxes must be identified before you commit. Unimplemented tax software is not an exemption from tax. No undisclosed amount may be added to automatic charges merely by updating the portal.

## 6. Signing, payment, and fulfillment

6.1 You receive the terms and schedule before signing. Signing does not by itself mean we collected the down payment or delivered the vehicle. If the required down payment is not completed by the disclosed deadline, no vehicle is delivered and the unfulfilled transaction may expire without a new cancellation fee.

6.2 After signing, the down payment, and any required supply consent, we grant the vehicle to the frozen character. Delivery requires a committed game-database grant, the correct character, a known permanent vehicle UUID, and a recorded agreement linkage. A payment receipt alone is not delivery.

6.3 A game-server restart may not prevent the database grant. If the database is unavailable, payment remains recorded and delivery is pending; we retry without charging another down payment or granting duplicate vehicles. We notify you of material delay and provide support.

6.4 A database entry made while the server is inaccessible is not automatically proof that you could access the entitlement, that any legal withdrawal period has ended, or that an ongoing service was fully performed. We distinguish the committed grant, actual availability, and first use in our records.

6.5 We do not treat our failure to supply as customer delinquency or assess penalties for installments withheld where the law permits withholding. The stated delivery commitment and mandatory non-supply remedies apply. If delivery delay requires different installment dates, we disclose and document the adjustment; we do not silently overwrite the signed schedule or impose a catch-up debit.

6.6 The fulfillment certificate supplements delivery facts only. It cannot change the signed price, character, specification, consent, or rights. Notify us if its facts are wrong.

## 7. Immediate digital-content supply and withdrawal acknowledgment

7.1 You may separately request supply before an applicable cooling-off period expires. The following election must be affirmative, unselected by default, and recorded before supply:

> ☐ I expressly consent to supply of my digital vehicle entitlement beginning before the applicable withdrawal period expires. I acknowledge that, once supply begins, I lose my statutory right to withdraw from this digital-content purchase where applicable law permits. This does not affect my statutory rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or undelivered content.

7.2 Your election and its exact wording, version, and timestamp are included in the signed record and the confirmation sent to you. Signing elsewhere in this document, paying, visiting the portal, or withdrawing a vehicle from a garage is not a substitute for the separate prior election.

7.3 The legal effect depends on your location and the proper classification of the transaction. If the purchase constitutes an ongoing service, a request to begin performance does not, by itself, represent that the service is fully performed or extinguish a withdrawal right. The relevant local provisions in Schedule B apply.

7.4 Where the digital-content exception lawfully applies, the beginning of actual supply following proper consent and confirmation may end the relevant change-of-mind right. The first garage withdrawal is supplementary use evidence, not a prerequisite invented to shorten or enlarge statutory rights.

7.5 If you do not elect immediate supply, we will not rely on this exception. Contact support about delayed supply or another lawful available route before paying. We do not infer consent from silence or claim that all purchases automatically lose cancellation rights.

7.6 Nothing in this election waives remedies for non-supply, lack of conformity, misrepresentation, unfair terms, unauthorized payments, or our subsequent failure to provide the entitlement.

## 8. Payment authorization and customer control

8.1 Automatic payments require the separate authorization supplied with this agreement. It identifies the selected method, Schedule A amounts, the retry cadence, and how to revoke authorization. We retain payment tokens and permitted transaction metadata, not your complete card number or card security code.

8.2 Authorization covers scheduled amounts still owed, reduced by applied payments and credits. It does not authorize duplicate charges, arbitrary increases, undisclosed fees, or continuing installments while billing is paused for a dispute. Additional authentication may be required by your payment provider.

8.3 You may revoke future automatic-payment authorization by emailing support@streamclash.com or using any available portal revocation control. You also retain applicable bank and card rights. We stop future authorized attempts when the revocation is processed and address any payment already submitted under applicable rules. We do not describe authorization as irrevocable.

8.4 Revocation alone does not erase a valid purchase balance, constitute a chargeback, or justify a financing bar. Contact us for a lawful alternative payment arrangement. Where law prohibits conditioning credit on preauthorized transfers, the applicable alternative must be available; a consent box cannot override that rule.

8.5 A processor outage or required processor change is not customer misconduct. We will provide instructions, required reauthorization, and a reasonable notified grace period without treating a failure of our collection infrastructure as your failed payment. We cannot simply move your card number to a new provider.

## 9. Partial prepayments and early payoff

9.1 You may prepay principal or pay the remaining balance without a prepayment penalty. Partial prepayments immediately reduce the purchase balance and apply to the next unpaid scheduled purchase installment first, then forward to later installments.

9.2 Example: if the next installment is USD 225 and you prepay USD 100, that installment becomes USD 125. A USD 300 prepayment covers that installment and reduces the following one by USD 75.

9.3 Partial prepayments do not extend maturity or move the original dates. The original schedule is preserved, with adjustments and receipts showing the remaining amounts. Separately assessed lawful fees must be itemized and must not silently consume a payment designated as principal prepayment.

9.4 Once the lawful payoff amount is received and reconciled, we mark the agreement paid and release finance restrictions. Ordinary game rules still apply. A technical release delay is corrected without a new charge.

## 10. Missed payments, suspension, retries, and cure

10.1 Subject to applicable law and the local schedule, a scheduled installment that fails at its due time makes the agreement past due and normally suspends vehicle access immediately. We notify you through email and attempt a Discord notification. Required legal notices and waiting periods take precedence.

10.2 Automatic retries are scheduled relative to the original missed due time: 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, day 6, day 9, and day 12. Retry amounts reflect payments and credits already applied. A successful cure stops further retries for the cured amount.

10.3 If the 72-hour retry fails, the proposed fee is a single USD 50 late fee for that missed installment, only where lawful and within the disclosed local cap. It is not daily, does not compound, and is not charged again for the same installment. A lower lawful cap, longer grace period, or prohibition controls.

10.4 We do not charge a late fee for delay caused solely by our dispute pause, our collection outage, or another circumstance where a fee is prohibited. Retrying an installment does not create a new missed installment or multiply late fees.

10.5 The notice identifies the missed installment, credited payments, any lawful fee separately, cure amount, and precise deadline. A fee is not silently combined with an automatic retry without applicable notice and valid authorization.

10.6 A permitted administrator may extend the final cure deadline with a written reason. The extension does not rewrite the due date, automatically forgive principal or fees, or automatically restore access. Each such action is separately recorded and explained.

10.7 If you cure within the permitted period, your prior payments remain credited and access is restored unless another independent lawful restriction applies. Any claimed remaining restriction must be identified; we do not erase your payment history.

## 11. Suspension and transfer restrictions

11.1 While finance restrictions remain, the vehicle cannot be sold, traded, gifted, reassigned to another character or player, or transferred through game sales or ordinary administrative tools. These restrictions are tied to the permanent vehicle identity, not the current plate.

11.2 During finance suspension, withdrawal and impound retrieval are blocked. We do not collect an impound retrieval fee for an attempt we block because of finance suspension. Reinstatement restores normal retrieval rules, including ordinary impound obligations where applicable.

11.3 Suspension leaves existing trunk/glovebox inventory in place. It does not move, refund, or deliberately delete it. Access to that storage is unavailable while the vehicle is suspended and resumes with normal access after reinstatement. This is not a promise of a separate retrieval service or protection from unrelated game events.

11.4 Suspending or releasing access is recorded. We do not represent that a suspended vehicle has been permanently repossessed until the required terminal process is completed.

## 12. Terminal default and remedies

12.1 The intended final cure deadline is day 14 after the original missed due time unless extended. We may terminate and permanently revoke the financed entitlement only after applicable grounds, notices, cure rights, and legal restrictions have been satisfied. The local schedule governs any longer or different process.

12.2 Our intended commercial remedy is termination, permanent repossession of the digital entitlement, and retention of amounts already paid, with no voluntary partial refund calculated from the percentage paid. This remedy applies only to the extent enforceable. Mandatory restitution, refund, proportionality, and other consumer remedies prevail.

12.3 Example, not an additional fee: on a USD 1,200 purchase with USD 300 down and a first USD 225 installment paid, USD 525 has been paid. Under the intended lawful default policy, the vehicle is revoked and that USD 525 is retained. If applicable law requires a different result, we must apply it.

12.4 Automatic future installment charging stops on terminal termination. These terms do not authorize an accelerated lump-sum debit, collection costs, attorney fees, a deficiency claim, or continued collection after repossession. Any proposed residual-debt remedy must be separately resolved, lawfully disclosed, and expressly agreed before contract issuance; it cannot be invented after default.

12.5 We provide an itemized closing statement and the grounds for termination. We do not collect the same amount twice or retain a duplicate recovery from you and a processor. A processing dispute outcome must be reconciled with refunds and credits.

## 13. Payment disputes and future financing eligibility

13.1 You retain the right to question charges, request a correction, complain to a regulator, or use bank/card dispute procedures. Contacting support is encouraged but is not a condition of exercising a statutory or payment-network right. An ordinary complaint is not automatically a formal payment dispute.

13.2 When a formal dispute or chargeback is opened against a transaction, we normally suspend the financed vehicle, mark the agreement disputed, pause all future automatic installment charges and delinquency retries, preserve evidence, and notify you, subject to applicable law.

13.3 Dates that pass solely during our dispute billing pause do not generate ordinary late fees, normal delinquency default, or a catch-up collection. Preexisting arrears and separate restrictions are recorded distinctly and do not justify charging through the pause.

13.4 Our intended eligibility policy bars future financing after a formal dispute, regardless of outcome, except where such a restriction is prohibited. You may request human review of an error or unfair application. The policy is not a waiver of dispute rights or a finding that you committed fraud.

13.5 A MASTER-level administrator may expressly forgive the future-financing bar with a recorded reason. The original dispute and bar remain in the history; forgiveness restores future eligibility only. It does not settle an open dispute, waive a debt, reinstate a vehicle, reverse repossession, or change a processor decision.

13.6 If the dispute is resolved in our favor, we ordinarily reinstate the vehicle unless a separate lawful condition prevents it. The remaining unpaid balance is spread over a fresh biweekly schedule beginning after resolution. We notify you of exact dates and amounts, obtain any required renewed authorization, and preserve the original schedule and pause/resumption adjustment. No lump-sum catch-up or pause-caused late fee is imposed.

13.7 If the dispute is resolved against us, the intended result is termination and permanent repossession, with future charging stopped, subject to the lawful basis for the dispute, mandatory remedies, and required procedure. A successful valid consumer claim must not be converted into a penalty for exercising protected rights.

13.8 Knowingly fabricated material evidence or demonstrable payment fraud may be reviewed as a separate alleged material breach. Filing a dispute, losing a dispute, failing to persuade staff, or exercising rights is not alone proof of fraud. Any exceptional permanent revocation requires a distinct senior decision, evidence, notice, and an opportunity to correct material errors where required.

## 14. Server bans and misconduct

14.1 During a temporary ban, the payment schedule ordinarily continues and the agreement does not automatically terminate, subject to mandatory rights.

14.2 A serious permanent ban for substantiated cheating, payment fraud, finance fraud, ban evasion, or comparable specifically disclosed serious misconduct may lead to termination and revocation under a reason-coded review. Prior payments are retained only to the extent lawful.

14.3 Other permanent bans require the disposition appropriate to the documented reason. A generic banned flag is not an automatic finance-termination instruction. A finance administrator must distinguish unrelated restrictions, mistaken identity, technical errors, and justified misconduct.

14.4 We identify the applicable rule version and reason and allow a support review. This clause does not authorize retroactive punitive rules, automatic confiscation for criticism, or retaliation for a protected complaint.

## 15. Permanent closure and discontinuation

15.1 If we permanently close the target server or permanently cease providing this vehicle entitlement through no fault of yours, all remaining unpaid amounts under the affected agreement, including outstanding installments and assessed unpaid fees, are canceled. We stop automatic payments, retries, and collection.

15.2 Our voluntary policy is not to refund payments already made solely because of permanent closure. This does not exclude mandatory refund, price-reduction, restitution, damages, or other remedies for cessation or nonperformance. Immediate-supply consent does not waive those remedies.

15.3 We notify you of closure and provide a final statement showing the canceled balance. A migration, substitute vehicle, or transfer to another server is not forced on you as satisfaction of the contract; any alternative requires an explicit agreement and preservation of mandatory rights.

15.4 Reasonable temporary downtime is distinct from permanent closure. We cannot label indefinite unavailability temporary to avoid this clause or applicable non-supply remedies.

## 16. Refunds, cancellation, and complaints

16.1 Before delivery, after delivery, and during ongoing supply, cancellation and refund rights are determined by this agreement and applicable law. We offer no general discretionary change-of-mind refund after conforming delivery, but statutory rights are preserved.

16.2 Non-delivery, a materially incorrect vehicle, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and lack of conformity are investigated on their merits. We may correct or replace where permitted and appropriate; we refund or provide other remedies when required. We do not require a gift card or unrelated server credit instead of a legally due monetary refund.

16.3 Contact support@streamclash.com with your agreement number and issue. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, or tokens. The cancellation form in the policy package is optional; any legally sufficient unequivocal notice is accepted.

16.4 An administrative permission limit does not remove a customer's entitlement to a refund. Staff must escalate requests to an authorized decision-maker, rather than deny a valid right because a particular employee lacks permission.

## 17. Records, evidence, and privacy

17.1 We process the identity, signing, transaction, delivery, communication, support, and relevant vehicle-use data described in the Privacy and Evidence Policy to administer the agreement, secure the platform, and evaluate claims. Payment and signing providers also process data under their applicable terms and roles.

17.2 Vehicle evidence may include grant and access events, garage withdrawal/return, driving-session timestamps or derived duration, customization and repairs, storage interactions where recorded, and blocked transfer or impound attempts. This agreement does not authorize unrelated chat surveillance, microphone recording, or continuous location tracking.

17.3 We may provide relevant records to payment processors, issuers, dispute reviewers, professional advisers, or authorities where lawful. We minimize unrelated information and preserve the provenance of records. Evidence supports an assessment; it is not an agreement that our records are infallible or conclusive.

17.4 Any automated or AI-assisted summary must remain distinguishable from underlying records. We do not invent usage, infer use from a grant alone, or treat missing telemetry as proof against you. Requests to correct inaccurate data are recorded without silently rewriting original evidence.

## 18. Electronic signatures and communications

18.1 Electronic records and signatures require the separate disclosed consent. You receive the signed agreement and schedule in a form you can retain. We record the versions and consent events, and you can request copies through support.

18.2 Email is the formal transactional channel; Discord is supplementary. A failed Discord DM does not eliminate your portal records, but a sent message is not automatically proof of delivery, receipt, or legally sufficient notice. We follow applicable notice rules and respond to failed delivery.

18.3 You may withdraw electronic-delivery consent using the stated procedure. Withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate a prior valid signature or cancel a valid balance, and any paper or alternative notice rights remain available.

## 19. Responsibility, disputes, and applicable law

19.1 Each party remains responsible for its own breach and obligations under applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or mandatory consumer remedies. No blanket as-is disclaimer overrides the agreed specification or statutory digital-content protections.

19.2 To the extent a choice is effective, Wyoming law governs the contractual interpretation of this agreement. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections of their habitual residence or another law that must apply. Florida operations are not represented as exempt from Florida requirements.

19.3 These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, jury waiver, shortened statutory claim period, or exclusive foreign court requirement. You retain access to competent courts, regulators, and applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms.

19.4 The parties should attempt to clarify genuine errors through support. No informal-contact request shortens a legal deadline or makes support contact a prerequisite to exercising protected rights.

## 20. Amendments, assignment, and closing provisions

20.1 Material changes require an explicit recorded amendment with the information and consent required by law. A dispute-resumption schedule and a prepayment adjustment preserve the original record and state what changed and why.

20.2 General policy updates may govern future offers. They do not silently increase existing principal, add fees, move contractual dates, revoke a signed supply promise, or remove existing rights.

20.3 Neither a business transfer nor a processor change permits unauthorized new charges or reduces mandatory protections. Any assignment must comply with applicable law and notice requirements and must not materially prejudice your contractual rights.

20.4 If a provision cannot lawfully apply, it is not enforced to that extent. We do not automatically substitute the most aggressive purportedly lawful term. The remaining agreement operates only where it can lawfully do so.

20.5 Terms that legitimately need to survive closure, such as accurate records, lawful confidentiality, and resolution of existing claims, survive only for their proper purpose and lawful duration.

## Schedule A — Exact payment schedule

Remove unused rows. Reconcile the down payment and installments to the disclosed total. Include required statutory finance disclosures separately; this arithmetic table does not replace them.

## Schedule B — Mandatory local rights and disclosures

Mandatory local rights and disclosures supplied for the customer during checkout and incorporated into the completed agreement.

## Schedule C — Separate acknowledgments and signature

Each election is presented individually; none is preselected. Capture the customer's actual response rather than inserting an assumed yes.

- ☐ I am at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter this agreement in my location.
- ☐ I understand this is a digital vehicle entitlement for the specified server, not a physical vehicle or ownership of underlying intellectual property.
- ☐ I selected and confirm the receiving character identified on the cover sheet.
- ☐ I have reviewed the total price, exact installment schedule, lawful late fee, cure process, and disclosed consequences of default.
- ☐ I understand the vehicle cannot be transferred while finance restrictions remain, and that lawful suspension prevents vehicle and attached storage access.
- ☐ I understand the intended default remedy can permanently revoke the vehicle and retain prior payments, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- ☐ I understand permanent provider closure cancels the unpaid balance, with no voluntary refund of prior payments, while mandatory remedies remain available.
- ☐ I have received the Privacy and Evidence Policy explaining relevant vehicle-use and transaction records. This acknowledgment is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.
- ☐ I agree to electronic signatures and communications on the terms of the separate Electronic Records Consent, and have demonstrated access to the required record format.

**Separate immediate-supply election:**

**Separate payment authorization election:** recorded in the attached Payment Authorization; not implied by the immediate-supply election.

Customer typed legal name: the typed legal name captured in the completed signature record

Electronic signature: the electronic signature captured in the completed signature record

Date/time/time zone: the completed signature date, time, and time zone

StreamClash acceptance reference/date: the StreamClash acceptance reference and date in the completed record

Document version / unsigned document hash / signing record reference: the completed document version, unsigned-document hash, and signing reference
