C. Delinquency, Suspension, and Dispute Policy
The signed schedule and applicable local terms control. Ordinary intended timings are as follows; required local notices, fee caps, and grace periods prevail.
| Event | Intended action |
|---|---|
| Scheduled installment fails | Past due; immediate vehicle suspension; email and attempted Discord notice |
| 24 and 48 hours later | Retry the unpaid installment amount |
| 72 hours later | Retry; if unsuccessful, one USD 50 late fee only where lawful and within local limits |
| Days 6, 9, and 12 | Further fixed retries, reduced by credits/payments |
| Day 14 | Final default process unless lawful extension or other required process applies |
| Cure before termination | Preserve all credits; restore access unless an independent restriction applies |
| Formal payment dispute | Suspend access subject to law; pause all future automatic installments and retries; preserve evidence; notify customer |
A late fee is not recurring, daily, or compounded. Retrying an installment never generates another fee for that same installment. An authorized grace extension changes the final cure deadline, not the original payment date, and does not automatically waive money or restore access.
During suspension, the vehicle cannot be withdrawn or retrieved from impound, and a finance-blocked impound attempt must not incur a retrieval fee. Vehicle inventory stays attached and untouched by the suspension operation.
During a dispute pause, scheduled dates that pass do not generate ordinary pause-caused late fees or a delinquency default. We do not send a catch-up lump-sum charge after resolution.
If a dispute resolves in our favor, the intended response is reinstatement unless a separate lawful restriction applies and a fresh biweekly schedule for the unpaid balance. We preserve the original schedule, disclose new dates, and obtain renewed authorization where required. If it resolves against us, the intended response is lawful termination/revocation and no further charging, preserving the customer's rights arising from the dispute.
Our intended future-financing policy bars customers after a formal dispute, except where prohibited. A MASTER-level administrator may expressly forgive the bar. Original events remain in the history. Forgiveness affects future eligibility only, not the current dispute, balance, vehicle, or termination. Customers may request human review of an erroneous decision.
