F. Electronic Records and Signature Consent — Separate Customer Instrument
F1. Scope
With your consent, StreamClash provides transaction disclosures, agreements, signatures, schedules, receipts, amendments, default/cure communications, payoff records, and other finance records electronically, except where a different delivery method is required. Email and downloadable documents are the primary durable record methods; Discord is supplemental. This is not marketing consent.
F2. Access and retention requirements
You need a device with internet access, a supported modern web browser, an email account that can receive our messages and attachments, and software capable of opening and saving the PDF format we provide. You need local/cloud storage or a printer to retain copies. The portal must supply an actual sample record in the required format before requesting this consent.
You should open and save that sample to confirm access. Merely selecting a box must not be represented as technical proof that a PDF was accessible. Tell support if the document is inaccessible or you require an available accessible alternative.
F3. Copies and updating details
You can retain emailed documents and download available portal copies. Request another electronic copy or a paper copy from [email protected]. There is no fee for an ordinary copy request. We may reasonably verify identity before disclosing personal records.
Update your contact email through the supported account process or support. We keep an audit of changes. Failed electronic delivery must be investigated, not silently treated as receipt.
F4. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw future electronic-delivery consent by contacting [email protected]. We confirm its processing and explain the available paper or alternative method and any effect on future online transactions. Withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate an existing valid signature or cancel a valid balance. There is no withdrawal-of-consent fee.
Required alternative delivery for an existing obligation must remain available. If online signing cannot lawfully proceed without your consent, we do not originate the new agreement through that flow. We do not label refusal as default under a contract not yet formed.
F5. Changes to access requirements
If technical requirements materially change in a way that risks your ability to access or retain required records, we provide the revised requirements and any necessary renewed consent and withdrawal information before relying on the new format.
F6. Affirmative consent
☐ I have received the Electronic Records and Signature Consent, reviewed the access requirements, and opened the supplied sample record in the format that will be used. I consent to electronic records and signatures for this transaction and understand how to request copies, update my contact details, and withdraw future electronic-delivery consent.
Customer identity: the customer identity recorded with the transaction. Version and timestamp: the consent version and recorded date and time. Sample access evidence: the sample-record access information shown before consent. Actual choice: the customer choice recorded with the transaction.
