## E. Payment Authorization — Separate Customer Instrument

Agreement: the agreement shown during checkout. Customer: the customer identified during checkout. Provider: the identified payment provider.

Method type, brand and last four digits: the identified payment method. No full card number or security code is included.

> ☐ I authorize StreamClash to charge the identified payment method for the down payment and remaining installments shown in my attached Schedule A, reduced by payments and credits, and to retry a failed installment at 24, 48, and 72 hours and days 6, 9, and 12 after its original due time. I understand how to revoke future automatic-payment authorization as explained below. This authorization does not permit charges during a dispute billing pause or after termination.

This is a finite installment authorization, not an indefinite subscription. The total and exact dates must be visible before consent. Prepayments reduce later charges; they never authorize additional principal.

No late fee is automatically included unless its amount, collection date, applicable notices, and valid authorization permit that charge. No generic other amounts owed clause is used to authorize arbitrary fees.

You may revoke future automatic payments by contacting support@streamclash.com or through any available portal revocation control. Applicable bank stop-payment rights remain. Revocation is recorded promptly; we explain any already-submitted transaction and stop subsequent attempts. Revocation alone is not a chargeback and does not trigger a financing bar.

A valid underlying balance may remain due through a lawful alternative payment route. Where the law prohibits conditioning credit on preauthorized transfers, that alternative must actually exist. This instrument does not create an exception to that rule.

We notify you of schedule changes and obtain a fresh authorization where required, including after a dispute pause or material processor change. For transfers governed by advance-notice rules, those rules control timing.

Customer signature: the customer signature recorded with the transaction. Date/time: the recorded authorization date and time. Authorization version: the authorization version supplied with the transaction.

Confirmation delivered to: the customer email supplied during checkout. Consent record: the consent record supplied with the transaction.
