B. Refund, Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Closure Policy
B1. General rule and mandatory rights
We do not offer a general discretionary change-of-mind refund after conforming delivery of the purchased digital entitlement. That policy is subject to applicable withdrawal, refund, conformity, non-supply, unauthorized-payment, and other mandatory rights. No website label such as custom, digital, final sale, or non-refundable removes those rights by itself.
B2. Before supply
An unpaid, unfulfilled offer may expire or be declined without a new cancellation charge. If you have already paid but we have not supplied the entitlement, contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. We assess the request under the agreement and applicable law; we do not falsely report pending fulfillment as delivery.
A temporary database outage results in a recorded pending delivery and retries, not an automatic refund or duplicate purchase. If delivery is impossible, materially delayed beyond the agreed commitment, or a cancellation right applies, we provide the appropriate remedy rather than retain funds indefinitely.
B3. Immediate supply and cooling-off
Where legally applicable, we ask separately for express consent to begin digital-content supply during the cooling-off period and acknowledgment that the relevant withdrawal right is lost when supply begins. The checkbox is not preselected. Its text is included in the signed agreement and confirmation.
We cannot infer this election from payment, signing unrelated terms, or garage activity alone. If the arrangement is legally a service, starting performance alone is not represented as full performance. Rights concerning later nonperformance or defective content remain.
B4. Problems with the purchase
Report non-delivery, incorrect character or vehicle, material differences from the agreed specification, duplicate charges, and unauthorized transactions. Supply enough information to identify the issue, but do not send full payment credentials.
We investigate promptly and provide correction, replacement, price reduction, refund, termination, or another remedy as required. We do not require you to accept a different server or store credit instead of a legally due refund. Applicable statutory deadlines control. Any internal support target does not shorten your claim period.
B5. Default and bans
The intended contractual default remedy is permanent revocation after the stated lawful process, with prior payments retained and no discretionary percentage-paid refund. Serious permanent misconduct bans may have similar consequences after reason-coded review. Neither policy overrides mandatory remedies or permits arbitrary forfeiture.
B6. Permanent closure
If we permanently close the target server or permanently discontinue your financed entitlement through no fault of yours, we cancel all outstanding amounts under that agreement, including unpaid installments and unpaid fees, and cease collection. No future installment is owed solely because an old schedule remains in the portal.
Our voluntary policy is no refund of amounts already paid solely because of closure. Mandatory refunds and other remedies remain available. An immediate-supply election does not waive these remedies. We issue a closing statement showing the canceled balance.
B7. Refund handling
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider capabilities. If this is impossible, we agree a secure lawful alternative and verify the recipient. Bank processing time is distinct from the date we submit a refund.
We reconcile any pending chargeback or refund to avoid duplicate recovery, without using that reconciliation to deny a valid right. Staff permission restrictions require internal escalation, not a blanket denial.
B8. Optional withdrawal/cancellation form
